Pretty much perfect. Of course I could always nitpick but the issues are so minor and likely unnoticeable in real life. Fort Laramie becomes the newest member of my exclusive list of A+ climates

Too dry and sunny. Summers are warmer than ideal, but would be tolerable with the low humidity and cool nights.

No just no - We don't even get that hot in Florida in the summer although I realize that is not the normal summer day. But those cold days would kill me for sure.
