Ottawa for me. DC is too warm and the other ones are either too warm or boring as all hell (or both).

DC. Ottawa summers are too unreliable but it would be my 2nd choice. Tegucigalpa a distant 3rd.

San José with San Salvador as a close second. Ottawa's climate is a total fail.

A lot of B climates on there. Tegucigalpa edges out San Jose, Guatemala City, and San Salvador

Mexico City win this easily, they have a fantastic climate in MC....one of the best in the world for me. Guatemala City & San Jose are also quite nice.

DC, Ottawa, Panama city all suck for climate.
