High temperatures in Fort Worth area made it to the low to mid 60’s today, also of note, much of the state of Texas and more specifically north and central Texas is experiencing abnormal dryness or drought conditions, here in Fort Worth, the latest drought monitor shows this area as experiencing severe drought conditions as of Tuesday December 12th, Fort Worth Meacham Airport, the closest representative weather station to my current location, had logged a meager .04 inches of rain so far this December, the National Weather Service is predicting a good chance of showers and thunderstorms Saturday night. Meanwhile back in Indianapolis, not only have they had very little snow, but Indianapolis also has yet to have a low below 10 Degrees above Zero, and judging by the forecasts, Indianapolis probably won’t have any morning lows in the single digits, let alone any sub-zero temperatures, for at least the next week, which is fine with me

Looks like cooling, shouldn’t an adjustment to moist adibat mean warming at that level? I don’t get it

Here we go again...3rd snow event in 1 week.

5pm projected radar today per HiRes model

Lets see how much this forecast changes from 12hrs ago. My guess is they'll throw in 2-3" into the map in NJ.

These are official weather stations that I posted here. These are the links of the website of Turkish State Meteorological Service, which is the official met office of the country.

According to climate.data.org, Erzurum has an average low of -11.4*C in January.

Climate.data.org is an unofficial and inaccurate source.

Ağrı has an average high of -3.1*C in January according to climate.data.org while according to official averages, Ağrı has an average high of -5.6*C in January.

Climate.data.org is just rubbish.

Kars has a colder January mean temperature than Ardahan according to climate.data.org.

Met Office publishes the long term averages of "provincial capitals" only.

Since Göle is not a provincial capital, its long term averages are not published. According to measurements of Turkish State Meteorological Service, Göle is colder than Ardahan. I post official weather stations here.
