I'd give it an A. I'm a winter person, through and through.

C+, winters are way too cold but I would prefer it over a hot climate anyday.

E. The winters are too cold and way too long. But daytime highs from April - September doesn't look too bad. The lows however are ridiculous. The elevation at 500 meters asl must play a large role here.

E, winters are absolutely horrible and even though the summer highs are nice, the lows are way too cold. If June and July were just a couple of degrees cooler then this would be an F.

Those record lows in summer look wrong. 10F in July would tie the US record set by a few high-elevation places in the Rockies.

Looking closer at it, the summer record lows for June and July are from 1964. July 1964 had an average low of 20F when most Julys are in the 40s. The record min for almost every day in july is from 1964, but the record low highs are all from other years and most are in the 50s. I think the June and July record lows are wrong on the Wiki box. August might be possible since temperatures start dropping by the end of the month.

D, too cold. There's a few videos of the place that are interesting since it gets lots of extremely cold nights. Apparently some people cover up the air intake on the front of their cars in winter so the engine can stay warm. And they keep their engines running if they have to stop at the store, because it might not start back up if they turn it off. Starting a car that's been sitting in -60 all night must be tricky.
