Oh god I don't even know with this one. Truckee looked pretty good until I saw those summer lows! Average low in July is the same as the record low in July for my town! I'd rather not burn in the day and freeze during the night. However Devil's Lake sucks too. Winters are way too cold and the nice summers don't make up enough for it. I guess I'll suck it up and choose Truckee. At least the winters would be interesting to experience with so much snowfall yet relatively mild daytime highs!
Doesnt the length of winter and the amount of sunshine count? Those two are more important to me than very cold vs. super cold or even the amount of snow (up to a point)
