No matter if it's hail or snow, we should consider which city gets more of these events, and between Lisbon and Benidorm, it's surely Lisbon!

My location can attest to how nearby mountains with frequent heavy snowfall, can still result in a climate where snowfall is rare - some areas around here have no record/account of snowfall.
