Murcia's airport by the sea was -5C, that's a severe frost for a seaside location that far south. Inner Murcia got like -8C or something Know your facts.
Well, it's 14-0 to Lisbon so evidently, its nature of being no-frost and having cooler summers and milder winter night extremes appeal to people Personally I'd much rather live there than be fried all summer in Benidorm.
Murcia's coast is a frost hollow, maybe Benidorm isn't, but it snows too much to be a true hot subtropical climate like Madeira Besides, where's Benidorm's weather station: I can't find any official data?
Lisbon is very influenced by the sea and UHI, nearby to Lisbon it freezes up every year and it arrived up to -5.0ºC just 20km from Lisbon. Lisbon also gets much more snow, once every 10-15 years.
Even in MARCH! This last pic is from March. Benidorm's last snowfall (not hail like last year) was in 1926. Yes, Lisbon is more prone to extreme cold/snow while Benidorm to hot temps.
I don't understand why you hate Lisbon so much when your username has lover in it????????
We should be neutral. Which one got more freezes in their history?
