Yeah, this is getting annoying. I just realized how many of these are popping up. In fact if I'd seen this many before, I might not have even posted this. But I did anyway, so predict it. Kinda comical to speak of 32F as others talk about 80F and 90F and 110F.

My guess is April 4, 2015.

It still amazes me that people are able to settle in that permanent frozen wasteland.
I say sometime in the last week of April.

What's next: when will Vostok climb above -40 F/-40 C again?
Or when will Singapore drop below 70 F/21 C again?

Nah. These are getting old fast. Plus I don't think anyone wants to saturate the thread with polls again.

It's early autumn there. They still have harsh wintry conditions in March. Right now, or at least all of this week, the temp is around -11C.

I'd say April 10.

Hasn't hit it yet. Last time was October 21, 2014.

Average highs remain below freezing from September 26 - May 3.

It came pretty close on March 24, when it hit -2C. In fact, Verkhoyansk (the other "pole of cold") went above 0C during this event, but Oymyakon still has yet to do so, as you said.
