Temps this morning at 7amEST. Poor oranges. .

That orange circle is the Upper Low moving out. The one that helped enhance the snow for NC yesterday.

Low of -1°F yesterday, the ELEVENTH subzero this season. High of 15°F yesterday, low of 5°F above this morning.

One of the best stretches of cold in recent times for sure. There has been at least trace of snow on the ground since Christmas eve (One major thaw reduced me to patches though)

Even me the winter lover would not hate an early spring lol.

So far this winter, both weather stations representing the city of Indianapolis have logged 11 nights with a low temperature of zero or colder, I am sincerely anxious to see what the rest of this winter season has in store for the Indianapolis area, I am hoping that the worst of the arctic outbreaks are over with for this winter season but I’m not going to hold my breath just yet, as winter doesn’t astronomically end until after March 21st.
