Jet stream will stay more south than usual for this time of yr which means cold shots come down from Canada.

And with an active pattern that means there will be snow chances somewhere.

Models showing a storm forming along the boundary and staying south of NYC.

Could mean some snow for interior and higher elevations Sunday night

This mornings temps at 5000' and Upper Heights.

Vortex over Hudson bay. The Warm ridge leaving the East now (its off the coast) while the Trough digging down moves in

Freezing line (at 5k) digging down to Tennessee now.

+16C (at 5k) over Phoenix with a warm Pacific flow.

Another chilly day today in the Indianapolis metro area, local forecast is calling for highs in the upper 40’s or lower 50’s, with mid 50’s a pretty good plausibility for tomorrow, but the bottom falls out on Easter Sunday, with highs only in the 40’s after morning lows in the 20’s, old man winter is definitely trying to hang on, and he has more than overstayed his welcome.

Yes, gotta love those cold shots from Canada...You’re welcome.

We’re in the same boat here, below normal by a couple of degrees, no problem.
Osoyoos, BC is the best in Canada these days, highs in 50s to 60s (about 15 to 18C).
Las Cruces, NM looking good too...wall to wall sun and highs around 30C all next week.
