Climate battle: Minsk vs. Chicago vs. Amsterdam vs. Sarajevo vs. Beijing (snowy, hot)

Going to go with Beijing here. Though the winters are a little chilly, it's a lot sunnier than the cloudy, higher-latitude Amsterdam.
That said, if I were to consider the pollution issues in Beijing along with the climate, I'd probably go with Chicago, being the second-sunniest in the winter on this list (the winter temperatures are also similar, though I'm assuming that with Beijing's drier winters that it sees more temperature swings). Though Chicago does have sunnier summers than Beijing.
Sarajevo for having a med vibe. All are horrible in their own ways though.
