I vote for Strasbourg, for the coolest summers.

Others are too hot in summers.

Summers in Strasbourg and precipitation are perfect, only winters are too mild for me.
Strasbourg has one of the best climates in France.

Best: Cincinnati

Worst: Turin

Even better: Cincinnati with Strasbourg's summers and sunlight hours Cincinnati gets nasty hot in the summertime.

Cincinnati for the colder winters and more sunshine

They're all quite good though.

They're all excellent climates except for Ćuprija. It's a bit...well, it's boring really and that record high is frightening to say the least. I may live in Singapore but I don't like such extreme temperatures regardless of the dew point.

Ćuprija has one of the highest maximums in the summer in Serbia, especially record high summer temperatures.

In terms of mean temperature there are many cities in Serbia with higher mean summer temperature than Ćuprija.

Chicago has nowhere near the coldest summers in USA, nor has it got the coldest winters. Both are probabably below average, especially in regards to highs. Los Angeles has got a lot warmer winters and Miami a lot warmer summers.

Only Milwaukee has colder winters than Chicago of cities which has over 500 000 inhabitants in USA.

All seasons in Chicago are good for me exceprt summers. Summers are too hot and humid.
Toronto has better climate than Chicago, it has cooler summer and rest of the seasons are similar.
