A record hot day (for some stations including jandakot), sunny with scattered cirrus in the morning with a period of mostly cloudy altocirrus in the mid-afternoon clearing to a warm and clear evening. Winds E 15-20km/h tending NE 25-35km/h throughout the morning turning N/NW 20-30km/h in the mid-afternoon easing N 10-15km/h in the evening. Dews started in the 2-4C range overnight and steadily increased to ~7-8C in the late morning, shortly dropped at the hottest period of the day to 4-5C then shot up during the seabreeze to the 12-13C range.
