Not often in LaGuardia and NYC the temps are in the mid 80s with Dew points in the 40s IN JUNE. Wow

It is blazing here. Just can't do anything for more than a few mins without being soaked. Would like to use the telescope tonite but it is like being in a steam bath full of bugs.

87 degrees 43 dew point in Fresno at about 4pm

Dew points are shooting through the roof. Mid to upper 70s across Illinois
Rantoul tops the list with a 79F dew point.

ORD hit 92 degrees, MDW and IKK 93F.

Quite a feat, and very rare air for a semi tropical climate, Don’t get used to it though as this “dry” heat won’t last long

Seems as if Houston will see most of the rainfall


Feels like the tropics here tonight. Some city stations are still in the upper 80s at 10PM dew points as high as 79F (in Pontiac)
