Interesting... Yakutsk has all 90s and upper 80s in the 7 day forecast. Verkhoyansk mid 80s next few days. Could end up a very warm July, meaning there's a possibility of setting a world record in terms of summer/winter disparity.
I think timing is the issue. Comes across Friday morning so we won't have true daytime heating and maybe clouds around? Should be a long line from Quebec to Tennessee but only embedded storms within I think.
If it slows down by 6-12hrs we would see some nasty stuff. I think Thursday may see some ahead of the front
But the thought of a decent cold front clashing with all this heat tells me theres gonna be big boomers
So glad that I am in Subtropical Fort Worth Texas for the next five weeks my instinct has hinted that the second half of the summer season of 2018 could be an epic fail when it comes to heat and humidity, at least for the Midwest and Great Plains States and perhaps the Northeast as well, but if the second half is cool and dry for those regions of the United States, i am sure that Cambium will be pleased and Chicagogeorge might well be drooling with anticipation for a colder than normal winter season.
I am set to come back to highly volatile continental Indianapolis on Friday August 10th, time will tell whether the weather will be hot and humid or cool and dry but I am hoping for it to be the former as opposed to the latter.
