We got about 5 inches back in late March, when this thread was created, and we've already had 5 days of snow this April (although never more than maybe an inch). The last time was 6 days ago, on the 15th, but that may have been the last. We're on our way to the driest April on record.
We had a couple inches in Denver a week or so ago, but it melted the same day. I don't think it even got below 32 degrees. Oddly, it snowed for a while that day when the temp. was around 41 degrees. Must be something to do with the altitude.
It's sunny and 70s today though, and the trees are blooming.

There's also a Q/A section in the newspaper, but I'm not sure if it's online. The question today was asking about the latest snowfall in the state. It was in Deerfield (in the Black Hills)~June 18th, 1973. In other areas of the state the latest was May 31, 1954 and several areas had flurries.
MJ, it sounds like you guys lucked out over there.
