Reminder for Eastern U.S people... If you don't want snow than you want GLC's! Great Lake Cutters are storms that head into the Great Lakes. It sends a warm surge of air up the East side so we never get snow from those storms!
I hate GLC's!

Lets look at the GFS00z overnight.
4 storms next 10 days.
1. Sunday: Little storm curls over the Plains but no cold air around so no snow
2. Tuesday: Stronger storm goes from southern plains into the Great Lakes. No cold air around so not much snow on the map
3. Thursday- Friday Nov 8th-9th. Storm track further south (Jet stream dipping more! which means more cold air around!). Storm comes from South and heads into the Great Lakes. I drew in where the snowfall would be seen. See loop below instead of 1 still frame!
4. Wednesday Nov 14th. Another storm and dipping Jet stream comes from south and heads towards Great Lakes. .. Snow further south into Texas with this one.
** - These storm tracks will change big time especially for #3 & 4.
And here's the loop to see the hours before and after those frames above. Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom.
