Depends on dew point. With a low dew point 70s and 80s are perfection.

I like it to be in the mid/upper 60s-low/mid 70s in the summer for temperatures and cloudy or at least partly cloudy. I don't do sun very well.

I consider it hot when it starts to climb much over 82F.

70s, no unless it's VERY humid and upper 70s.

80s, lower 80s usually is just warm, upper 80s usually hot.

70 to mid 70's is nice and warm if there isn't a wind. 75-85 can be nice and warm or anything beyond the upper 70's can be hot, depending on the humidity.

Anything over the low 20s (high 60s in Freedom Units) is miserable.

But then I don't have AC... easy to say you enjoy hot weather when you have AC.

I'd say hot is 35-36C if the dew point is below 15C. If the dew point is around 20C then 33-34C is pretty hot when you're walking around.

Around here, high 70's to low 80's feels hot. But then, we usually only get a couple days of this per summer, so maybe that's why.

In Hawaii, mid 70's to mid 80's is perfect, with a gentle trade wind blowing.

Above 85 is starting to feel a bit hot, regardless of where I've been.

When I lived in the NE, I considered low 80s to be hot. But after 12 years living in the southeast, it's not hot until it hits mid-90s and becomes unbearable once it hits 98*+. My first summer here was ROUGH.
