You could just stay on one of the Canary Islands, they have the most consistent year round temperatures which average around 70f, you might get bored though because the islands are very small

Quito comes pretty close to a consistent yearly Springtime temperature region. But August and September gets all the way up to 72, (average high daily temperature).
