Inconsistent soil accumulation, somewhere in South Carolina maybe? However, Charleston, SC does not receive snow every year.

I've heard Macon, GA stated as the southernmost place that gets snow most years.

As for the interior is more difficult to know. But Macon really is the place that neatly gets snow annually. Albane only has 0.1 'annual average. This can mean at no time in a few years.

I live in Birmingham. We get snow every other year. Sometimes every third year.

Macon is even further south and east of Birmingham.

I think the closest you'll get is Greenville, SC. It's kind of up close to the Smokies.

Myrtle Beach seems to be the place searched: https://www.worldweatheronline.com/m...s Myrtle Beach. Except for 2012, it seems that it has been a milder year.
However, I do not know the accuracy of this site. For my city, snow days coincided, but in other cities it marked another day. Well I was not there to know, so I can tell you how reliable it is since they are not officers.

But still need checking inside. Or maybe an example, especially someone from South Carolina. Somewhere in Georgia or North Texas.

This really is very close. For Alabama, would you say Cullman?

Here says Nags Head (at least for the last 9 years): https://www.worldweatheronline.com/n...rolina/us.aspx, does anyone agree? Wilmington in the middle series reaches exactly 1 snow day.

we consistently get 2-3 winter events annually - due Wedge weather/CAD, these winter events are almost always associated with ice/sleet - I'm a native of B'ham, AL (although lived most of younger days in TN) and I've never seen so much sleet in my life
