Is that a 105 reading in South Texas after a low of 29?

Its called a polar coaster. Up and down temps as artic blasts come down and push in and then storms ride up from the gulf. Its also going to make the roads bad with potholes from thaws and then refreezing.
I saw where the cold front went down to Cuba and caused a tornado. Ouch.

Tennessee welcomes you. Temps went from 46 to 32 and snow within 10 minutes.

NWS Seattle area has the most. NWS Buffalo & Albuquerque 2nd most.

Actually, I don't think Southern NY, CT, RI or Eastern MA even had but since NWS NY covers higher elevation of Hudson Valley that's why it's showing up as 2. And NWS Boston covers central MA.

So Northern Georgia has more warnings than southern New England.

NWS Seattle includes the Cascade mountains and Mount Rainier, so it makes sense.

The 6z GFS looks ridgy for East Asia which would support a warmup in the medium range for the Midwest and the eastern Lakes.
