It's still long range but looks like first week of March we may get yet another blast of 33 degrees and rain. Getting real tired of it.

Exceptionally mild, dry and sunny here in the next 10 days.

Picked up another 0.17" of rain yesterday and the day before. Sunny and 62 here, beautiful day.

Tomorrow will be cloudy and 59. Rain on Friday.

I’d rather have heat and humidity over the cold weather I’ve had to deal with since middle of October of last year. It appears there’s no end in sight to this insane cold weather either at least for the Great Plains and Midwest, count your blessings
You can have my crap weather anytime with now 10 months a year of heat and puke dew points over 70f.

Nothing but dry, boring weather 90% of the year. It is a sea of pollen and no real rain for weeks coming. Near 90 inland today. I hope i don't live much longer as it is just gonna get worse and worse with less rain and 90's year round before many of us die.

Wait another 30 years and see how dry and warm it is gonna get. We will see 50's as the coldest temps during the winter and most days will be 83f+ year round.

In BC, we need -40C temps in the interior (Prince George) for that; this used to occur once every couple winters and now hasn't happened since January 1998.

One of the reasons why the mountain pine beetle has wreaked havoc on our forests over the past two decades.

Heaviest snow since November today. A definitively white landscape in Manhattan today. Hopefully we can get even better snow events going into March (you know, the ones that don't change into rain).

A little ZR right now in the Toronto area, possibly changing over to plain rain but judging by the way it looks on the radar, the system might fall apart prior to the changeover.

It looks like there is going to be a rainstorm for us this weekend. Hopefully it'll reduce the snowpack a bit before next week's snowstorm. (Not a big fan of an excessive snowpack in the city. Only good if you’re out in the country imo)

The upcoming pattern change may bring more cold than snow for the Midwest and the Great Lakes regions if the latest model runs are to be believed. A solid snowpack should in place by then for the majority of the region not good if you like storms obvs

The cold and snow should at least put a damper on the summer wildfire season out west, especially since it hit so late in the winter, and appears set to linger into early spring. BC/WA needed a cold snap like this, and CA needed the rain.
