Never really wear one anymore in FL. Only when i am fishing offshore in the winter. Nothing is colder than fishing at nite with water temps around 58f and 25knt winds.

Yes during the daytime when it is 16-19C on average

Anything under 55 F. As I've aged, I've grown much more sensitive to cold than in my earlier years.
