Wow, it’s not even September yet and already you’ve got colors? Everything in Central Indiana is still green with only a few trees here and there fading from dark green to a lighter green; no color here just yet.

Oh nice. Yeah we are.early and on the other side we usually get blooms around the start of March and snow in November we don't really have seasonal lag

Wow, September has just started and already you’ve got fall colors, I wonder how much earlier than normal your fall colors have started than usual? Also how much longer until your location is at it’s peak in terms of fall colors.

I think this year is about average. The peak is usually around mid-September.

The normal peak here is late September or early October

Edmonton is a city at 53N with an elevation close to 700m, not strange that thet get early fall colours.

I wouldn't say it gets early fall colours, in fact it's crazy that people here have peak fall colors in November.
