I suppose it's all subjective, but that isn't typically a word we use to describe the weather in SF - and I lived there long enough to confirm it is NOT warm very often.
Minneapolis has great weather climate, along with Maine. The Septembers in Florida are lame, it's the most humid month of the year, but not as hot as August.
