Spring has sprung in Austin. 82 yesterday, 75 today with a strong north wind. Cloudy and more humid tomorrow in the 60's.

March is working out to be a dry month. There has been many days of bone dry humidity but pleasant sunshine. This is in contrast to some extremely heavy rains in December and January and some moderate rains in February.
Only 0.58" of rain so far in March and 0.4" of that was yesterday. February was normal but January was well above normal. Next chance for rain is next Friday (3/21).
I don't mind the dry weather as it's Spring Break time.

Even less rain in Alexandria so far this March with only 0.14". Storm systems have been missing a good part of central and southwest Louisiana lately. And the next 7 days look completely dry, but cooler than normal.
A warm and almost muggy 59F this morning just northeast of Philly after hitting upper 60s yesterday - it even smells very springlike with this due south wind
