I don't know which is record snow cover in Parg.
Measurement of climate parameters in Parg started 1953.
In Gospić record snow cover was 285 cm in February 1916 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gospić#Climate
Parg is wetter and more snowy than Gospić. So there is a high chance that snow cover in Parg was higher than in Gospić in February 1916.

In town Delnice in February 2018 maximum snow cover was 182 cm.
Parg is located near Delnice, on the higher elevation. In Parg probably there was even more snow than in Delnice.
This are Delnice with over 150 cm of snow in February 2018 https://www.facebook.com/severeweath...8033112419778/

Gorski Kotar region is one of the snowiest regions in Europe.

What are you think about Rijeka climate https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rijeka#Climate

Parg is located close to Rijeka, and has for 7,1c colder January, for 7c colder February and for 6,9c colder December than Rijeka on average.

For me in terms of temperature Parg has ideal winter.

What is your ideal winter in terms of temperature?

Interesting. Zalesina which is located few km from Parg on lower elevation (782 m) has lowest record -33,4c, and Parg -23,2c.
Zalesina has for about 1c colder winters than Parg on average. It seems that elevation is not always crucial that some place is colder than other.

My ideal winter in terms of temperature and amount of snow.

Summers are cooler and wetter than I like. Summer minimums are too low.
