Might be from only one year. It's easy to imagine an individual July where the lowest temperature was only 5.2 F / 2.9 C below the average low if it was a July with stable weather.

The record and average highs are incorrect by being WAY WAY LOWER THAN THE VALUES for almost all of the months apart from July and August.

April, May, June, September, October have record highs AT LEAST 5 or more degrees higher than those quoted in this pointlessly scuffed chart. Even the winter months are way lower than the actual values.
The average highs should be correct as they are from the Met Office.

How is that climate UK's best? Dull winters and relatively cool summers.

D-/E+

London is still better.

London is duller than Faversham, and all UK climates have dull winters. It's not the best though because that's Selsey.

MSN is a rubbish source for temperatures, which is evident from the ridiculous values they give here, they should be removed from that climate box & just stick to the actual Met Office averages.

Oh & Selsey has no weather station/averages/records so not sure how you can say it has the "best climate" in the UK really.

Ah, the famous gridded data set that your other account used to always go on about?

No, no it doesn't. Those are fake averages you derived from estimated gridded data sets. Selsey has no Met Office weather station. Fact.
