Doha has a disgusting climate, imo. Way too hot from March to November. But winters are delightful. I give it an F.

General rule: If a climate box hurts your eyes, it's probably a bad climate.

F. 7 months are too hot even for summer. The other 5 resemble spring/summer. There is no cool season and it is much too dry.

Note that Doha is quite humid despite the low precipitation.

I’ll be generous and give this hell hole of a climate an E, way too dry and hot year round.

F+; where'd "Winter" run off to? It isn't F or F–, because at least it yields some epic heat in Summer

Bloody drought year-round, which is even worse!

I gave it a C. It's like Phoenix on steroids but a little too hot even for me. For some reason Dubai has cooler temps. Dubai would get a B-.

E. I’d be holed up inside with the AC for half the year, but the other half actually looks pretty nice. Not a fan of the aridity, either. But with 4 good months and 2 tolerable months I can’t really give it an F.

Unlike most posters, I have actually been to Doha in July. Yes it was extremely hot but the thing that really got me was the dust. It just made breathing difficult. I certainly would not wish to live there and despite the World Cup being there soon, have no wish to return. My main point is that climate figures are not the only indicators of livability.
