London is not usually cold enough for a hat scarf and gloves in April unlike Chicago. Paris is usually warm enough for shorts on April days as well.

You think Paris or London is warmer than Chicago in April ? The averages are similar in Paris but this city is more constantly cool I think while Chicago have swinger temperatures with sometimes warm days and sometimes cool/chilly days, no ?

Both Paris and London have warmer means than Chicago, but Chicago has more chance of hot temps than both other cities.
