Could this be Deneb's favorite climate in the world?

London, Kiritimati is in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, two degrees above the equator. Temperatures are warm and extremely stable year round. Tarawa in Kiribati's main island chain has already been discussed before, but Kiritimati (a long, long distance away in the same country) has a long dry season and a short wet season, and only gets about 25" of rain a year as opposed to Tarawa's 70". In addition, from what I've heard, it usually gets a seabreeze of about 15 MPH which would likely have a moderating effect similar to Hawaii.

It has stable, sea breeze moderated temperatures year round, but it might get a bit boring after a while. I'll give it a C. Pretty nice for an equatorial climate, actually.

Wow great find!

It is definitely one of my top favorite climates in the world and gets an A+ for me
Maybe I will get to go there some day...

Slightly preferable to the "real" London (UK). I'd say, C-. Lacking in variation.

D. 70" of rain is nice for a lowland equatorial climate with very high potential evapotranspiration. This would be too dry but it gets points for not being as hot as other lowland equatorial climates.

Grade: 16.0% / Z+

Winter mean / Summer mean / Seasonal range / Precip / Seasonal lag / Snowfall / Record range*

0 / 95 / 5 / 60 / 0 / 0 / 0

The dry season exacerbates the problems of an already monotonous climate that's just hot and humid year round and what makes what would have been an F-grade climate into Z territory.

B-. Much drier than I thought it would be.

Can never be an A grade unless it's a Csa or borderline Csb climate.

E+

Too hot year round, no particularly nice month. It's like enduring the worst of the Canaries (August) without getting the good parts.
