According to BBC weather this morning it could get to 18 degrees C in the London area on Friday, I can't remember the last time (if ever) it has gotten that warm in February.

It was as recent as 2017, when Northolt and Kew Gardens reached 18.3°C. Anyway, it's more likely to be parts of Wales and 17°C rather than 18.

Nothing of Polar Vorthex in this February in Europe.

In February 24 here temperature will drop to -8c. This is chilly, but far away from Polar temperature. I remember the lower temperatures in March.

This are lows and highs for the nex few days here (in 24th will be minimum -8c and maximum 1c).
