I wonder if the snow is still on Mt. Diablo now? I imagine with the sunny skies and temps in the 50's a good deal melted off.
Peak of Diablo is 3900' Its below freezing at 5,000' there still and in the 30s at 2500' this morning. So yeah, snow should still be up there. Not much can melt at those temps even with sun. Areas where only 1" or less obviously easier to disappear.

Hwy 17 is at 1800 feet at the pass. Your photos of the valley floor indicate nothing there. If it was 1200 feet at your house and Twin Peaks saw some at 925'. There was very slushy wet snow at SFO but nothing stuck. Your photo is proof that 1200' some snow "stuck" at least on a deck although I would've liked to see the grass and pavement. That photo at 1800 feet shows snow sticking to the ground so I think the snow level was 1800' where it stuck. Very historical for the Bay Area.
I wasn't trying to indicate or prove anything - just sharing some nice pictures! And it did stick to the ground at our house (at least for a short time), but I don't know how much lower it got. By the time I left for work around noon, it was mostly melted except at the summit of 17.
If I had to guess, I'd say my place was RIGHT at the snow level; so 1200 ft, give or take, at least on that side of the Peninsula.
It dropped to right around 32 at my house, but I don't know about the rest of the Bay... probably, though.
Parts of the Bay Area but not SF. Surrounded by water it's hard to go below freezing there.
