F

Averaging 171 inches of annual snowfall is way too much snow, almost double Buffalo, NY

July average highs and lows 35C/28C too warm and humid.

Average annual precipitation 72” ...too much, almost double what Toronto gets.

Too cloudy...average annual sunshine hours ...about same as London, England.

January average high and low -6C/-14C is almost identical to Ottawa, a bit too cold.

All those negative factors add up to F

D-. July and August are plain horrible. With such high humidity the heat would be on par with the Middle East. The winter is not bad though.

I rate it a solid C. Those overnight lows in July and August brought this climate down from a B- imo. Hot sticky summer nights are one thing that will bring down a climate imo.

D+ due to extremely hot summers. Cloudy and wet summers save it from F.

Terrible for me. Instant F. Way too hot in summer, especially at night, ugh. Way too cold and cloudy in winter. Far too much rain. The only good thing about this climate is the heavy snowfall in winter. The only months I would find remotely comfortable are April and October because the temperatures are moderate.

A hellish climate. Summer months are way too uncomfortable and would just feel relentless. Winters too long and gloomy. Any climate that is below freezing for 4 months is one I want to be nowhere near.

I just think this is the type of the climate where you’d wish it was summer when it’s winter, and wish it was winter when it’s summer. F
