C+. Definitely not my first choice in Spain, which would go to Vitoria-Gasteiz. I would go with the airport data as more reliable IMO. The Fabra Observatory is also considerably cooler. The climate is too hot and dry overall, and somewhat too sunny as well. I prefer Napoli/Rome for Mediterranean climates at this latitude.
C+ winters on the cool side but otherwise not a bad climate.
Their winter averages inside the city are about 15/9 due to the strong UHI (1st chart) I think that's quite mild and really warm for European standards. Perhaps cloudy winter days feel chilly there.
C climate for me. Summers are terrible, too warm with high humidity = very muggy. I prefer the airport values too, since the summers are much better than inside the concrete jungle Barcelona is. Too many people + too many medium-sized buildings make a real heat trap.
