This sucks. Summer is winding down quickly. Not much time is left for really hot weather and we're stuck in a below normal pattern for a good 10 days. I guess I have to hope for a late summer early autumn heat wave

Today is nice pool weather. At 1pm it's 91F at Rockford, 90F at Chicago Executive Airport, 89F at Joliet, 88F at MDW, 87F ORD and 86F down here near IKK.

^^^^^^^

So Chicago essentially had practically no summer this year, is that what you’re getting at?I hope to God that if this is the coldest winter season ever that it at least comes with average(preferably above average)snow and ice. I would be beyond appalled if the winter of 2019/2020 is the driest in addition to being the coldest.

We had about 5 weeks of summer. Last few days of June and July was very decent. Especially the amount of sunshine.

Crazy that after record spring and early summer rains we are now moving towards drought conditions in Illinois.

Göle had a low of 3.4°C today, which was the lowest temperature recorded in Turkey today while Cizre and Silopi had highs of 42°C today, which were the highest temps recorded in Turkey today.

Euro seasonal model is really trolling me here.

Wow, 3pm and we're barely touching 80 throughout NYC. It's warmer in Syracuse, Buffalo, Rochester, and Albany so far today. Dews in the 50s too. That's my kind of summer day!

I have had about a whole year of summer and 4 months to go. Not a drop of rain in almost 2 weeks.
