Are there any cities in the U.S. with mild, wet climates like the PNW?

Not really much outside the PNW. Maybe Atlantic City, NJ comes close in terms of temperatures. It usually never snows there in winter and is much cooler during the summer months:

I don't think there are, the East Coast is way too different from the West one. I think the only place that come close to it is Western Europe (Spain, Portugal and France)

I don't think anywhere in NZ would be a good match for these cities. The sharp contrast between winter and summer sunshine percentages , is a major aspect of PNW/NW Europe climates, and creates a climate than is fundamentally different to my own.

Appalachia has a pretty similar climate in some regards. Ohio, upstate New York and Pennsylvania are similar except they have much colder winters and wetter summers than the PNW but are comparable in cloudiness and to a lesser extent in temperature.
