The August record low there is -10C/14F. Not too crazy I suppose, but both the September and October record lows are higher actually. The October record low is only -8.9C/16F there. Could be an error, but the website link has it at -10C in August as well.
The February record high there is 99F/37C, and that is higher than the record for March and April there with the records being 96F/36C and 98F/37C respectively. Once again it could be an error.

Don't think it is an error. Just to the north of College Station is Bryan and it too records 37C in february. Even weirder, in Bryan, the record temps for both March and April are 34C.

Austin has hit 101° in February (in 1996), so I'm sure that 99° for College Station is in fact correct

Myrtle Beach, SC, recorded a June record high of 106°F. I find it odd given the moderating effect of the ocean and the fact that the average high in June is 85°F. A 106°F temperature would be more believable in July or August (with warmer ocean temperatures and higher average temperatures) but not June.

No, that is very crazy and in fact complete BS. Without even looking at any stats, I can tell you that the likelihood of that being true is less than 1% of 1%. Even Timmins, 200 miles north of there, has a record low of -3C in Aug. Similarly for Val D'or and other places way further north.
The -43.8°F record low seems too cold for Moscow although it is accurate, for comparison the average January low is 15.6°F. I'm also surprised that Moscow hasn't recorded an October temperature below 0°F.

Yeah after looking at a bunch of record lows, I don't see many other climates getting that cold in August, aside from extreme climates. Though, when I saw the record for October, I figured it was a mistake. I could believe -1 and they had a typo that made it -10 instead.
Yeah that -10c in August for Huntsville is insane. I bet the true record low for August should be like 4c on a August 30th in the 60s or something. Probably someone wanted to have fun.
