Not interested at all, they are all crappy climates and not enough different for me to take an interest, no summer at all. Yucky climates.

For some reason I've always found Arctic tundra and subarctic climates very interesting. I'd love to take a vacation for a few days to one. As for overall liveability, however, they're pretty bad.

Baker Lake: 30.1% / F
Iqaluit: 28.1% / F
Igloolik: 16.5% / Z
Gjoa: 14.3% / Z
Qikiq: 13.9% / Z
Cam Bay: 13.3% / Z
Alert: 8.3% / Z
Eureka: 6.2% / Z

Iqaluit. It is actually 2'C warmer than Baker Lake annually and has more snow.
