Montpellier's climate box now looks stupid. The monster of a temp they recorded Friday obliterated their absolute record by almost 6°C - and yea, this is not a Wiki error.

Oh wow... you sure the record highs aren't higher in other months? the difference is insane. Also, june 2019 was just confirmed as the hottest month ever

I wonder if these heat waves in Europe tend to be of the dry or humid variety? I know that in the United States east of the Rockies heat waves more often than not feature at the very least moderate humidity levels, I suspect whether it’s a dry heat or a humid heat in Europe depends on the location in Europe, No?

That does look silly, kinda how the SE US has some obscene winter record lows that don't fit "into the box".
