I'd give it an B. Even though Oct and Nov are quite wet, in my experience tropical precipitation usually comes in quick bursts and most of the day remains dry. So not too bad.

Temperatures are comfortable year round, but humidity is rather high, and I do like having a winter season so that's why B.

This is very similar to Medellin, but this has cooler temps and more sunshine.

Interesting timing of the dry/cool season, it doesn't seem to line up with either hemisphere's solstice, or an obvious monsoon pattern.

C+. It's a comfortable climate but seasonal variation is almost zero so it would get boring.

Nice summers for my vacation! Plus,

There is no seasonal variation.
Winters too dry and way too warm.
Too many rain days
Winters not dreary
And nice sun

So this gets a D+ (+ for sun and summer temps)
