This time last year we had a lobe of the Polar Vortex visit us. This year? Highs in the low?to mid 30s and lows upper 20s which is well above average

Today was a 10c cloudy drizzly day, with occasional heavier downpours.


A mediocre winter day by ordinary standards, but quite good by this year's crappy winter standards.


Clouds cleared out now and temp dropped to 6c; bit breezy too; nice night for a walk.

rainfall was rather intense mid-afternoon, nice sky clearing up around 4 pm

CFSv2 showing some winter stuff here in the 11-15 day but we've seen this forecast before this winter and nothing came of it so as of now take with a grain of salt.
