I encountered two different ways how to border B_k/B_h climates. One is same as continental/subtropical border (0C in coldest month), other is same as subtropical/tropical (18C in coldest month). Which one is more correct?

I’m pretty sure Koppen defines it as an ANNUAL mean of 18C, not coldest month.

There are three main isotherms to distinguish cold deserts from hot, less than 18°C for annual temperature and temperature of less than -3°C or 0°C in the coldest month. Personally I am with the first isotherm.

Either annual mean 18°C+, or my definition, coldest mean month of 6°C

Why did you choose 6°C as an isotherm?

I chose 6°C, because a mean of 6°C in the coolest month is generally at the poleward/altitudinal limit for trunking palm trees, such as washingtonia filifera

What about new climate type, some like Bxm (mild desert/semi-arid)
Like, "D-like" ones are Bxc, "C-like" ones are Bxm and "A-like" are Bxh.
