Talking about the year round averages, of course.

Most places near of coasts of Oregon and Washington will probably meet your criteria.

Seattle would be the first place that springs to mind when just talking about averages.

If you include U.S. outlying territories, some places in the US virgin Islands and higher elevations in Puerto Rico will meet your criteria.

True, but there will be some days of below 32 and above 88 here in Seattle. Look at Brookings Oregon and Harbor, Oregon, which average 40F to 71F all year. But then 81" of rain is the price you pay for that mild climate. There are many more choices along the Oregon coast that are similar in climate.

Southwest Florida (south of Fort Myers). Naples has a tropical wet/dry climate classification.

Most of the West Coast above 35N qualifies. Pretty much the entire Bay Area satisfies these criteria, for example.

Places like this are extremely overrated though. Good luck paying that kind of COL.

Nope. Naples has an average high above 88 for six months of the year (May-Oct inclusive).

Sounds like hell on earth.

The numerous 90+ degree days, even into November this year (which featured 10 days at 89+ from 10/27-11/8) would disagree with this.

Yeah, Seattle was just the first major city that came to mind.

Brookings would probably sit within that range most of the time but it has some crazy record highs for its coastal location at 42N.
