All I care about anymore in the weather department is sunshine. I'm still traumatized by last Spring here

A blazing 92f in Orlando and 93 on the southeast coast today. One more fast cool down and back to mid 80's next week. Soon the real stuff will start once mid May is here.

So this winter turned out to be the 14th warmest on record. Could the streak continue into spring?

Light snow is starting off the day, though nothing is accumulating. Today will be the last cold day for a while as we won't even manage to climb out of the 30s. We'll be about 10F below normal for the high today. A beautiful spring weekend is coming with lots of sun and near 50 tomorrow and 60 on Sunday. Then rain returns for much of next week, though temps remain in the 50s throughout the week.

Feel comfortable saying Spring is here. Today is going to be the coolest day for awhile topping out around 50. 60s are here to stay come Sunday/Monday. Light freeze the next 2 mornings. Our avg last freeze is in late March so it's not unheard of to have a freeze in early March. As long as there are no hard freezes we'll be ok.
Now if we could only break out of this non stop rain pattern...

Loop past 4hrs.
There's going to be a blizzard over the Atlantic later and I'm missing it by like 150 miles!

See the coastal Storm coming up?
See the other storm digging south from Great Lakes?
They will merge off the coast but too far for big cities.

It's snowing in the NC and VA mountains again (they got more snow than here)

It's actually below freezing at 4000' above us here but the surface is in the 40s. Oh well. Precip missing us anyway
