Very much spring weather here the last few days with temperatures approaching 20°C.

Trees and shrubs are still bare, grass is still brown, but flowers in warm sunny places are trying to come out.

We even had some convective structure developing in the clouds.

The way things are looking up in Edmonton Canada in terms of vegetation growth is about what things were like in central Indiana back in early March of this year.......many trees and shrubs are now either beginning to leaf out or bloom and the grass has been green since late March and has been mowed for the first time in localized areas at the end of March and many people have been mowing their yards since early to mid April, What a difference 1200 to 1500 miles north of Indy makes

Today in SE Estonia. Mostly sunny but not warm. But there were also cloudy moments as you can see. The trees are bare with the exception of some trees that leaf out earlier. The one in the last picture is betula pendula.

Storm complex came thru early this afternoon. Leading edge arrived as I was driving back to work from lunch (some nice clouds with it). Stronger storm complex ongoing right now across OK & MO should arrive here early tomorrow morning.
