I have simulated a few winter days, relative to different climates. Which one would you prefer most as a casual "average" January (or July if in the Southern Hemisphere) day? I look forward to your answers!
Please note that the associations with cities are just indicative of what places could encounter these types of days on a regular basis in their coldest month, the voting should not be about them, but purely about which type of day stated above you would prefer on an average day in the coldest month of your dream climate.

Reason: Minor edit.
One thing about arctic locations like Utqiagvik (aka Barrow) in winter is that they tend not to follow the classical diurnal pattern of coldest in the morning with a gradual warm up through to mid-afternoon followed by cooling down again in the evening. This can happen at many mid-latitude locations from time-to-time in winter as well but it's almost constant in the Arctic because of the polar night.
The diurnal variations in arctic locales are instead guided by the passage of different air masses. As such it's not at all unusual for the warmest time of day to be at midnight and the coldest time of day to be at noon. For example, have a look at various days for Cambridge Bay this past January. You'll see the diurnal variation is all over the place with no clear pattern.
Best to worst:
A (great sunshine, but I prefer warmer temperatures)
B (great temperatures, but I want more sun in winter)
C (very good temperatures, but I want more sun in winter)
D (this is a good October day, but not a winter day)
F (this is a good April day, but not a winter day)
E (this is a good May day, but not a winter day)
J (extreme cold with clouds and wind is not for me)
G (this is OK in June, but not in winter)
H (this is OK in July, but not in winter)
I (too hot even for summer)
FL would get the worst grade since it would be 85f in Jan.
