Welcome to FL weather. Still almost no rain for July for many places and time is running out. Some places are under 2" total for the month so far. Got a easterly wave to our south that should add some lift for some rain south of the Tampa area for today. Better get rain fast or this could be the driest July ever.

Hard to believe that Estonia is still running 1C above average, although July has been kind of a dud and is about 1,5C below average. The remaining 10 days of the month also look rather mixed. I guess June really bumped our summer average. June is usually our coolest summer month, with a mean temperature of only 15C/60F. This years June had a mean temperature of 17,5C. Its way above average, but its still not a hot month... I really wish that the hot anomaly could have been in July. A 3C anomaly in July, would get us a mean of about 20C, which is already pretty hot and nice.... too bad that didnt happen.

I hope that August is not going to be below average as well.

Today certainly feels below average. We would be lucky to crack 80F. Cloudy and only 68 F. It’s shocking to me how 200 miles away there is a heat wave happening. Yet nothing here. My AC is getting a nice break.

We just missed today's record max low of 91°F, set in 2005. It was 90°F at 6am. If that ends up being today's low, it will be our 12th low in the 90s for the month and year, and for this date, only the 2nd time in 125 years of records that July 21st had a 90°F+ low here!

I don’t know how you handle it. Over here, the weather station will issue a heat advisory for lows in the mid 70’s and highs in the 90’s.

Simple, I've lived here since 2001 and I work outdoors, so I adapted to this climate after living here 1 year
