Think about it...this isn't very common but it does happen, it's 70-79 degrees outside, night time, dark with a slight drizzle. Is that not the most relaxing, comfortable feeling in the world?
That is really pretty common during the summer in the Southeast US, in combination with high humidity.
It's relaxing to step out on a covered porch and feel that tropical air but then come back inside to crisp dehumidified air. I really do think the contrast is pleasant.
My favorite weather here in NY is about 15°F (-10°C) with some moderate-to-heavy snow. Going outdoors to shovel for an hour or so, then coming back indoors and drinking some hot tea and looking outside. No better feeling, though I wish it could be even colder when that happens, like -5°F (-20°C).
I lived in Texas and Mississippi in the 70's. I'm from Oregon and Washington and used to night time temps in the 50's. I never did get used to Temps in the 70's at night. I also never got used to humidity of 70 to 90%. Warm days and cool nights are what I crave.

Would you agree?
I think drizzle with temperatures around 68F-70F is more comforting.
Yeah, warm humid nights are great. Sadly my climate gets 70F nights only on about 1-3 days of the whole summer. Maybe slightly more if we get an extended heatwave, but still not more than 6-7 days.
And as someone mentioned, 70F and light daytime drizzle is nice as well. Maybe not in the peak of summer, but in like May, early June, late August and September it's nice.
I don't know why anyone would want drizzle. If it happens here in the summer (which is pretty rare), everything becomes warm and humid and you get wet as soon as you move a bit. And the humidity never goes away. This has nothing to do with comfort.
70-79 degrees at night would be way too hot for me. I think a nighttime temperature of 60 would be perfect for leaving the windows open and enjoying the air.
