I give it an A. This is an ideal climate for me. Comfortable summers, and winter has some snow, but it won’t last too long since average high is in the 30’s.

I give it a C. The high temperatures are good for a 4 season climate. But I don't like the amount of rainy days, especially if it is the kind of rain that lasts all day long. Also the summer lows are quite cold. Combined with the humidity it could feel quite clammy. Summers could be a bit drier and warmer, considering that Montenegro is basically a Mediterranean country.

Kolašin is in continental part of Montenegro and on high elevation. Between Kolašin and Adriatic sea are mountains which block Med influence from the coast.
Kolašin is for example located 123 km north of coastal city Bar. I checked, meteo station in Kolašin is on elevation of 943 m.

Despite of all these facts I think minimal Med influence in Kolašin in winter exist, because Pljevlja is on lower elevarion (770 m) than Kolašin and it's colder in January and December https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pljevlja#Climate
Pljevlja has more continental position, it's more northern anf further from the sea than Kolašin.
